While browsing the site, you can therefore acquire information about the customer or more generally about the visitor, in the following ways:
A. Indirectly on the customer/visitor (while browsing the site)

This information concerns:
1. IP address,
2. browser type,
3. Internet service providers,
4. operating system,
5. domain name and addresses of websites from which you accessed or exited (referring/exit pages),
6. information on the pages visited by users within the site,
7. access time,
8. permanence on the single page,
9. internal path analysis (clickstream).
This information does not provide personal data of the customer/visitor but only data of a technical/IT nature which is collected and used in an aggregate and anonymous manner for the sole purpose of improving the quality of the service and providing statistics regarding the use of the site.
B. Directly on the customer/visitor
(in cases where the customer/visitor himself releases his personal data to purchase products, access certain services and/or request their provision).
"Opt-In" and "Opt-Out" policy: in all cases, the customer who registers or creates his own account on the SPECTRADOME website automatically declares himself available to give consent to the processing of the data communicated. This consent may subsequently be revoked at any time, causing the possibility of using the previously registered account to expire. The storage of the collected data takes place for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the processing is permitted, i.e. consultation of the site, purchase of products via the online e-commerce engine (electronic shop) and/or the request/provision of services. Various data retention terms are provided for in compliance with the legal provisions for the security and defense of the State, for the prevention, detection and/or repression of crimes, as specified in point 6 "Other forms of data use"
1. Register for credit card purchases
To be able to make a purchase, the customer/visitor will have to register (or, if he has already done so, he is in any case required to make himself recognized), providing some personal data and choosing a Userid and a Password. Such data collected will be used only and exclusively to process purchase orders.
2. Purchase with credit card
To complete the online purchase, the customer/visitor will be asked to provide his credit card data in a secure and encrypted environment (HTTPS processing by Paypal). Please note that, for security reasons, such data is not recorded or archived on the sites belonging to SPECTRADOME; the execution of the purchase is confirmed by the relevant transaction code, issued by the manager of the credit card used.

The customer/visitor may at any time decide to unsubscribe independently from the distribution list of one or more newsletters. Opting out of all newsletters to which you have subscribed will automatically delete your email address from our archives.
4. Cookies - Web beacons
A. Cookies
COOKIES are pieces of information that can be stored on your computer while browsing a website, in order to process and identify usage data. The cookie file is usually very small in size and does not contribute to the saturation of the physical space of the hard disk.
The cookie is transferred to the user's disk for record-keeping purposes to store which areas of a website have been visited. This choice saves time, allowing the user to reach the main parts of a site previously visited more quickly.
There are different types of cookies:
1. permanent, i.e. which remain on the hard disk, even once the browser is closed;
2. temporary or session, which are stored only for the duration of navigation and are deleted from the computer when the browser is closed;
3. third party, generated by a website other than the one you are currently visiting.
The cookies used by SPECTRADOME sites are a combination of these three types: some are used only for opening and maintaining a session under authentication (temporary cookies). In this case, closing the authentication session or browser will make them unusable both by us and by third parties, even though they physically remain on the PC used (permanent cookies). For purely statistical purposes, cookies are also released for the measurement of aggregate information (see the part relating to Information collected indirectly about the user). In order to offer a site that increasingly responds to the expectations and interests of the customer/visitor, an analysis of the data collected on cookies is constantly carried out; these data indicate solely and anonymously how the site is used, i.e. the areas and sections that have been deemed of greatest interest and usefulness for navigators. The customer/visitor is given the option to set their browser to accept all cookies, only some, or reject them. We would like to inform you, however, that failure to accept cookies could make it impossible to browse/purchase on the site in the event of access to areas under authentication. Please also remember that at the end of each browsing session the customer/visitor will in any case be able to delete both the browsing cache memory and the collected cookies from their hard drive.
B. Web beacons
An often used technique that is very similar to cookies is that of electronic images called SINGLE-PIXEL GIFs (so called because they are usually transparent images and are 1 pixel high and 1 pixel wide) or Web-beacons. These images allow you to determine, on the server side, whether a certain web page has been viewed and, if so, count the number of users who have seen it. Generally speaking, it could therefore be stated that any electronic image can act as a "Web-beacon"; this technique is commonly used in newsletters sent via email in html format. In this regard, it is noted that SPECTRADOME uses any Web Beacons within its website solely with the objectives of optimizing the service offered and, in order to better guarantee the privacy of forwarded commercial correspondence, has agreed not to use this system either for newsletters, nor for emails sent to customers/visitors.
5. Links to third party sites
From the SPECTRADOME site it is possible to make links to other websites; this right depends on the customer's interest in this regard and can be exercised at any time. The customer/visitor is therefore invited to pay particular attention to the fact that these sites are neither the property nor the responsibility of SPECTRADOME as they are totally managed by other companies and/or organisations, regarding which it is necessary to verify and possibly accept the relevant protection policies. of privacy. SPECTRADOME therefore declines any responsibility regarding any request and release of personal data to third party sites.
6. Other forms of data use
We inform you that, solely for reasons of public order, in compliance with legal provisions for the security and defense of the State, for the prevention, detection and/or repression of crimes, the data provided could be used for other purposes than the provision of services and be communicated to public entities, such as law enforcement agencies, public authorities and judicial authorities, for the carrying out of the activities within their competence.
7. Differences in behavior with respect to this policy (Loyalty)
The drafting of this document is carried out to better respond to the needs of transparency and reliability of our customers, and to safeguard the corporate values of SPECTRADOME, with particular reference to the protection of the privacy of the information collected. If you encounter problems or inconsistencies with the content of the WEB and what is stated here, please contact us immediately at one of the references on the WHO WE ARE page in the INFORMATION area or by using, always within the same area, the email form present in the CONTACT US area.
8. Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy regulates the methods of processing of personal data provided by customers/visitors while browsing the site. The possible entry into force of new sector regulations, as well as the constant examination and updating of user services, could lead to the need to change these methods. It is therefore possible that our policy may undergo changes over time and we therefore invite the customer/visitor to periodically consult this page.
9. Ownership
The data controller is the company SPECTRADOME Switzerland, based in the Swiss Confederation, via Stradon 40 -6562 Soazza. The data controller is Dr. Frederick Tonelli at the aforementioned office: interested customers have the right to obtain confirmation of the actual existence and type of data concerning them as well as to request its cancellation, modification and confirmation of the purpose of use. Requests can be forwarded by interested customers by FAX, to the address 06-233.123.54
10. Purpose of use

Communication to third parties in any form and for any reason is excluded, without the consent of the interested party, except for the competent police authorities and protection of public order.
