Laws and regulations regarding net guns may vary depending on country: it is always your responsibility (as the buyer) to ascertain and obey all applicable laws regulating the purchase/sale, possession and use of net guns in your country.

All of our net guns have been approved by the Swiss Federal Police authorities: net guns have not been deemed to be convenitonal weapons and can therefore be legally sold, purchased, detained and carried under any of the circumstances contemplated by the Swiss Law.
