Shipping
We ship worldwide using all main shipping methods such as air mail and major couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Shipping fees depend on item weight and order quantity and although they are automatically calculated by our e-commerce engine, nonetheless, please do not be surprised in case we contact you to integrate them, depending on your order. The wide variety of items, weights, shipping options and final destinations can sometimes cause troubles with identification of an actual shipping fees amount.
All products ordered are tested in actual operation and carefully packed before shipping.
If needed, we are usually able to provide our customers with fairly accurate shipping quotations before ordering.
For all shipments, €2 is added as the cost of the package and shipment preparation.

Shipping options
Different shipping options are available, also depending on the country of destination.
The available options, with relative description, are the following:

1. courier: we mainly use FedEx. By choosing the shipment via FedEx, it will be possible to automatically calculate both the transit times and the cost, directly before payment (check-out);
2. Swiss Post: this is the standard (and cheapest) shipping used for all shipments to Switzerland. It is called "CH single zone table rate" when selecting the shipping options before paying for the order (check-out);
3. Swiss post - International Economy: this is an economic international shipment with slow transit times and insurance included up to the value of CHF500 (excluding smartphones and computers). Delivery times with this shipping method vary from 4-7 days plus the shipping day for Central European countries, to over 30 days for more remote locations;
4. Swiss post - International Priority: this is a more expensive international shipment but with faster transit times and insurance included up to the value of CHF500 (excluding smartphones and computers). Delivery times with this shipping method vary from 2-3 days in addition to the shipping day for Central European countries, to over 20 days for more remote locations;
5. Free Shipping: It is a free international shipping sent via Swiss Post. Only customers residing in a certain group of states can use it, for goods of defined weight and dimensions. For more information, consult the "free shipping" information page on our website.

Returns
All sales are final, no exceptions.
Trial or test sales are not accepted.
We strongly encourage our customers to extensively ask for questions and support before confirming an order, as we are able to assist you with all the information you may need to make your purchase with us a pleasant experience.
As we definitely want our customer to be satisfied, in case you need to return any item or system you purchased from us because it is malfunctioning or has shown some defect under warranty period, please contact us prior to ship it back, in order to obtain your RMA authorization.
