In addition to technical advice and assistance, the professionals who work for us are also able to assist our customers with regards to situations and services related to investigations and (personal) security.
Other than the information which is strictly related to the offered products or systems, no other type of telephone/email consulting such as:
- technical operating principles underlying the purchased product or system
- comparative technical analysis on different products or systems
- alternative methods or possibilities of installing the purchased product or system
- practical use of the purchased product or system in different situations of use
- legal aspects relating to the use of the purchased product or system (e.g.: evidence collection for legal purposes)
- etc. 
will be provided for free.
All requests for consulting as well as technical support related to:
- technical advice on the purchased product or system
- technical principles of operation in relation to the purchased product or system
- operational consultancy (commissioning, deployment and operation) for the purchased product or system purchased
- advice on practical use and/or installation of the purchased product or system
- legal aspects relating to the use of the purchased product or system
- customizations or technical modifications for the purchased product or system
- etc.
will be available on a payment basis only.
Consulting can take place both by telephone/email and directly at one of our offices: in all cases, prepayment is always required.
The hourly consulting/technical assistance fees are € 90 plus VAT and payment is always to be made in advance.
